How do we handle your feedback and concerns?
We will respond to mail, email and fax feedback within one working day. Telephone feedback will be dealt with immediately by one of our customer service consultants.
If you concerns need to be escalated to a customer service manager, you will receive a response within one working day. When we receive feedback generally, we will let you know if further information or action is required from other departments.
If we need to look into a matter, we will let you know how much more time is required by us in order to come back to you with a response.
