1. BROWSERS SUPPORTED

2. BROWSER PLUGINS

liquorlanddirect.com.au requires the "Flash Player 5" to view correctly.

Download the latest version of Macromedia Flash player.

NB. If you are experiencing problems we recommend you update to the latest version of the "Flash Player" using the link above.

3. SCREEN RESOLUTION

liquorlanddirect.com.au requires a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or higher to view correctly.

If you have trouble viewing and or navigating within this site please follow the instructions below on how to change your screen resolution:

Windows users
1. Right mouse click onto your desktop and select Properties. This will open up a box with your screen properties.
3. Select the Settings tab (this is the last tab).
4. Under Screen Area choose the 800 x 600 option, or an option further to the right of 800 x 600.
5. Click Apply, your computer may ask you to restart.

Note: Some new video cards and monitors will allow you to make these changes without restarting.

Mac users
1. Click the Apple Menu (top left of screen) and select Control Panels.
2. Double click the Control Panel Monitors & Sound (If you are using System 7.5 or earlier, you will need to double click the Control Panel Screen).
3. Click the Monitor button. Your current resolution will be displayed on the right of the Control Panel window.
4. Select the resolution 800 x 600, or a higher resolution, eg: 1024 x 768.
5. Click OK to any prompts.
6. Close the Control Panel Monitors & Sound. Your new resolution settings will automatically take effect.

4. COOKIES

Internet Explorer 5.x - (Windows users)

1. From the Tools menu located at the top of the screen, select Internet Options....
2. Select the Privacy tab, and then click the Advanced button.

3. Click both the Accept radio buttons.
4. Click OK to save changes.
5. Click OK again.

Internet Explorer 5.x - (Mac users)
1. From the browser's Edit menu located at the top of the screen, select Preferences....
2. Expand the Receiving Files menu and select Cookies.
3. From the drop-down menu under When receiving cookies select Never Ask.
4. Click on OK.

5. JAVASCRIPT

liquorlanddirect.com.au requires a JavaScript 1.2 enabled browser to function correctly.

Internet Explorer 5.0 and above has JavaScript 1.2 enabled by default.

If you are experiencing problems please follow the instructions below to enable JavaScript:

Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x - (Windows users)
1. From the browser's Tools menu located at the top of the screen, select Internet Options....
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Select the Internet zone icon.
4. Click the Custom Level... button.
5. Scroll down the Settings list to the Scripting item. (You may need to double-click on icons to expand lists.
6. Under the Active scripting item, choose the Enable radio button.
7. Click OK and Yes to confirm.
8. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box, then click OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
9. Refresh the current page by press Ctrl + F5.

Internet Explorer 5.x - (Mac users)
1. From the browser's Edit menu located at the top of the screen, select Preferences....
2. Within the left-hand list, expand the item group Web Browser (if necessary).
3. Under the item group labeled Web Browser, select Web Content.
4. Under the item Active Content, Check the box labeled Enable Scripting.
5. Click the OK button to close the Internet Explorer Preferences dialog box.
6. Refresh the current page by press Ctrl + F5.
