Liquorland Direct is confident that our products represent good value for money. We are proud to guarantee every product you buy. If you are unhappy with a purchase you've made online or via our Customer Service Centre, just call us on 1300 300 640, or email customerservice@liquorlanddirect.com.au within three months of receiving it.

We will arrange to pick up the stock and organise a refund of the purchase price for the tainted product, and any subsequent bottles that are returned in their original condition. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the product shipped is a result of our error.

ORDERING ONLINE

1.	Select products from one of our many offers featured on our home page or search our product lists.
2.	Add your selected products to your shopping basket on each page, and click ADD TO BASKET.
3.	When you have finished adding products, click the SHOPPING BASKET button at the top of the screen to view your order and make any changes.

ORDERING BY EMAIL

Email your order to us at customerservice@liquorlanddirect.com.au. Please include your phone number so that we may call you for your credit card details.

ORDERING BY MAIL OR FAX

Add all products to your shopping basket, complete the order form and print copies of both.
